The WBCSD is seeking a young and dynamic HR & Facilities Intern. This is a full-time position and fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible and until October 31st, 2018. This position is based at the WBCSD offices in Geneva, Switzerland, reporting to the Human Resources Manager.

Main tasks include:

  • Supporting the Human Resources Manager with:
    • HR Administration:
      • Accident and sickness declaration
      • Work attestation and certificate
      • Employees life-cycle (work permit, social insurances, pension funds registration, etc.)
      • Preparation of various HR projects
    • Recruitment:
      • Screening of job applications
      • Follow-up with candidates
      • Negative answers
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with:
    • Reception (10 weeks replacement):
      • Receiving Visitors
      • Handle Switchboard
      • Food and Beverage order
      • Claims process validator

Required competencies include:

  • Education: Undergraduate level education in Business Administration
  • Team orientated: Good team spirit and enthusiasm to work in a multi-cultural environment and the ability to build and work effectively in team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and French, both written and oral
  • Enthusiastic about a multi-cultural work environment
